Welcome to Ambers fit tips!

I'm Amber, your fitness coach! I started my fitness journey back in 2023, teaching spin. Since then, I’ve learned multiple group fitness formats, including spin, strength and conditioning, bodyweight-based strength workouts, recovery and mobility-focused classes, and hybrid classes that combine multiple styles. While I love group fitness, I’ve also found a passion for working 1-on-1 with my personal training clients to help them be the best versions of themselves.

This blog I’ve started is dedicated to everything fitness, recipes, advice, guidance, tips, tricks, and everything needed to change your lifestyle, workout, and eating habits to be more realistic and attainable for everyday life.


I like to encourage my clients to start their fitness journey not by making drastic changes to their workout routine or starting the most recent fad diet. I encourage my clients to read through my blog and collect REAL, life-changing tips and tricks to slowly merge into their lives so that their fitness journeys stick instead of being this lifelong start-and-stop thing.

My goal isn’t to recommend every "low-calorie" foods on the market. My goal is to help you find good-tasting, healthy alternatives that actually fit into your life while still contributing to your fitness goals.

I want my clients to know that you don’t need to be a part of a strenuous workout plan or diet program to be successful. True success is in how you view your health and fitness. I ask clients, “With your current program, do you see yourself doing this consistently for the next 50 years?” Most of the time, clients say no, and this is the number one indicator that the program is not for you. It’s not some magic program that’s going to finally make the change; it’s the realization that change must be integrated into your everyday life.

While my blog is small now, I have lots of blog drafts I am working on over the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned and get ready to see how simple fitness REALLY is.
