This dessert is soooooo yummy and surprisingly low in calories, just 125 per serving! That means you have some room to get creative with toppings. My go-to is strawberries because they’re low-calorie and naturally sweet, but feel free to experiment and find what works for you.


Added topping: ½ cup (80 g) strawberries - 26 kcal
